MG MGB GT V8 (1973–76)

Powered by the aluminium-block 3528 cc Rover V8 engine
the lightest mass-production V8 in the world.
60 mph (97 km/h) in around 8 seconds, and 125 mph (201 km/h) top speed.
Only GT versions of the V8-powered MGB were produced by the factory.
Not intended for export to the United States.
Production ended in 1976. Only 2,591 made.
